• Manage the operations of the Pro Shop, including direct contact with members, hosting tournaments, and facility rental for special events. • Select, train, schedule, and supervise employees. • Perform all purchasing and inventory control functions, including direct contact with vendors, selecting merchandise, receiving, cycle counting, and order placement. • Implementing an integrated POS system, both hardware and software, to improve tracking of sales and inventory. • Improving the membership tracking and billing system, implementing bank draft for all members. Estimated additional revenue: $30,000+ per year.• Perform all opening and closing activities, including nightly deposit of receipts.
