Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance Roofstock’s suite of acquisition-related products. Manage the firm’s flagship Underwriting Tool, which facilitates financial analysis of prospective investment properties in approximately 15 minutes. The tool aggregates all relevant data points to conduct comprehensive analysis, including: property characteristics, sales and rent comps, valuation estimates (including Roofstock’s proprietary rental AVM). Lead the exploration, research and development of Roofstock’s Approval Tool, which allows institutional clients to engage in the offer and transaction process, if desired. Additionally, the tool provides transparency into all historic offer and transaction activity that Roofstock has completed on behalf of the client.
