As a Manager at Moorfields’ Gatwick office, I manage a varied caseload of Administrations, Voluntary Arrangements and Liquidations from inception to closure.I am involved in providing initial insolvency advice to clients to discuss options for resolving their financial difficulties. Moorfields offer free advice at our initial consultation where we set out the options available to the business or individual concerned. Once the client has instructed us, I will implement the strategy on the case. We always seek to maximise realisations to creditors and, where feasible, rescue the business or get the individual back on to a sound financial footing.
