-Manage all planning and execution of over 25 trade shows and corporate events per year-Manage show deliverables to include booth selection, budget management, booth design, sponsorships, customer events, onsite support, logistics, post-show reporting, and internal collaboration across multiple departments -Serve as a principal liaison between leadership, account management, creative, stakeholders, vendors, and partners during the planning process -Prepare all communications to onsite sales, executive leaders, and support staff-Coordinate post-follow-up plans, leads list, post-show metrics and provide a comprehensive post-show summary-Implement and manage trade show vendor payments to ensure timely processing-Post-show follow-up, track and report on event results through KPI and metrics, and make recommendations for improving future event performance-Troubleshoot and handle issues that occur during the execution of the event prior to and onsite-Create, manage and maintain all social media networks to increase brand awareness-Management of all promotional items/webstore for employees and dealer network-SharePoint/Intranet development and maintenance–internal employee site-Public Relations-Marketing content creation
