Trained both seasoned and novice volunteer leaders in the importance of accurate and on time reporting, reshifting, GOTV goals, and best practices. Managed a team of 130 volunteers with over 40 active volunteers, 6 volunteer leaders, and 1 staging location shared with partner organizations.
