The business is evenly split between a small sale/high volume eCommerce segment and a large sale/low volume enterprise sales approach, and so our go-to-market comprises both mass scale digital and long-lead time enterprise motions.- Strategy: After a long period of a lack of leadership, there was no plan, vision, or clarity of job roles within Marketing. Successfully drove the marketing team to create its own vision, enabled leaders to write plans for the areas of the mix, and refined everyone’s job description and measurement so everyone in the group now knows where to focus, and where not.- Brand: As I walked in the door, the entity was a house of brands across 17 names, largely nouns of what the business sold (barcode readers or ID card printers). Successfully drove a top-to-bottom complete rebrand to create a single shared identity globally, honoring our history, but setting us up for the next decade of growth.- Lead & Pipeline Growth: Overhauled a neglected lead management system to capture 100% of leads into our CRM, score and distribute all leads to sales with a 85% or better work rate, and reshuffled our lead sources to focus on the most lucrative, exceeding our 2023 ML target. -
