During much of this time, I was Service Delivery Lead for a major European Stock Exchange client. I was responsible for live support and service delivery for high availability transaction processing systems and networks.In 2000, I had the opportunity to work on the project launch of a dot com business, leading the deployment of e-commerce and e-procurement online services. This was an exciting time, with many of the challenges we had then, still relevant today.

I joined the London Stock Exchange from University working in the IT department at a time of exciting growth and change for global capital markets. One year on from Big Bang my role was at the heart of the IT revolution that was happening at the Stock Exchange at that time.
