Oversee and manage the Right At School staff who implement after-school curriculum, includingenrichment specialists, vendors, and extended after school care educators to ensure the delivery ofengaging, interactive educational experience Manages staff compliance with district-specific policies Develops strong relationships with school administration, parents, PTA organizations, whereapplicable, to ensure successful delivery of all Right At School programs and ensure customersatisfaction Ensure program quality while leading with company vision Financial management and accountability Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site and staff performance Manages and orders supplies as needed according to curriculum• Maintains accurate records andanswers email/phone messages in a timely manner

Assisting students in achieving academic success• Working with students who may be aggressive or disruptive in class• Behavior support which includes physical management (training provided upon hire)• Personal care• Social integration• Consultation and collaboration with Special Education and Regular EducationTeachers as well as related service staff
