- Manage the Windows Software Development team.- As manager of the windows software development team, I oversee development from requirements through testing and release of:-- XD a point to multipoint file transfer application accomplished using IP multicasting.-- Distribution Manager a digital cinema content distribution system that uses XD to transfer packages of files.-- Production Manager is a targeted insertion of live or stored programming at desired endpoints.-- And other custom windows bases software projects.- Provide software development efforts and time-lines for project release schedules.- Work with customer service to help them understand, diagnose and solve customer problems.- Take customers/project managers requirements as well as in house developments and work with the team to come up with development requirements and work with the team on the design.- Communicate conceptual ideas and requirements to the team.- Perform software code reviews for changes before they are committed.- Cross-Platform application development for the XD Client.- Skills used: C#, C, C++, Managed C++, Web Services (SOAP, REST, .NET, gSoap), XML, SOAP, JSON, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Make, WiX, Bash, Perl and the GNU toolchain.

- Fixed bugs for a C++ Desktop VOIP client, using Visual Studio.
