Solutions Engineer
Current• Responsible for driving Mellanox pre-sale activities of Ethernet & InfiniBand network solutions into Financial Institutions, Enterprise, Web2.0 and Cloud customers in the East Coast working within Business Development team. • Coordination of efforts with R&D and product marketing for new features and products, optimizing internal strategy to improve product`s performance and increase ROI.• Design and architecture of advanced proof-of-concept engagements, including hands-on work with customers during product evaluations. Some key responsibilities include building and delivering custom-tailored product demonstrations based on critical business issue, responding to RFP/RFI proposals, delivering roadmap presentations, and offering recommendations on digital and social strategy. Responsible for coordinating with multiple parties -- internal departments as well as the customer -- to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to technical issues, and completion of projects.• Managing complete product delivery life cycle: definition, design reviews, evaluations, deployments into production and handing it over to customer support team.• Managing the relationships with customer technical staff, built and grew strategic partnerships with solution suppliers and OEMs.
