The inventory report included parameters such as ABC classification (I have set up the ABC analysis as well), Average Weekly Usage (AWU), Weeks On Hand (WOH), supplier lead time, PLC status, stock level, open orders, quantity in transit, etc.· Initiated monthly Slow Mover meetings to clean up C-items.· Developed a forecast tool based on triple exponential smoothing to determine the order quantity per SKU. The tool also provided insights into the sales data to check the reliability of the input data. For example, in the case of stock outs, the user could quickly see if an alternative method was needed, which was also possible through the tool.· Established a rolling monthly carton usage forecast meeting. In collaboration with OMS and the 3PL provider, forecasted packaging consumption and set up a monthly meeting to prevent transport issues due to a shortage of packaging materials.· Documented all work processes, tools, and analyses based on SOP/WI principles to ensure continuity. One of the improvements was to avoid co-loading. Pfizer products could be delayed to their markets, if Viatris products would experience quality issues and be co-loaded on the same shipment.· In the beginning of the project the Viatris purchase orders were incorrect or incomplete resulting to incorrect orders at the manufacturing plants. By organising meetings with various stakeholders such as Digital, Carriers, Manufacturing sites and Logistics. One force majeure was an accident in the warehouse that turned on all the sprinklers and damaging all our prepped shipments.
