I am a design leader with 20+ years of experience in product design, UX strategy, design management and user research. My main focus: executive-level user experience leadership in product companies. I build and manage outcome-driven design and research teams, evolve the overall UX maturity of organisations.Most of what I do professionally is based on my belief that the only real way for a product company to beat the competition is to fully adopt a user-centered approach. Absorb it into the business strategy, not just design operations, and build a system of robust processes ensuring that UX design and research are the main drivers of business results for the product.
