Successfully closed Turnkey FTTx Project for Fixed Access Network Modernization project for MTEL a.d., Doboj Executive Unit includes around 200 new MSAN locations, both indoor and outdoor, equipment modernization in some of existing ones providing VDSL/vectoring functionality for around 40.000 existing copper users and new 11.000 FTTh End-users.Managing subcontractors to deliver end-to-end technical documentation to customer (HLD, Concept Design, Main Design, Execution Design, As-Built Design), assuring that it meets requirements in terms of quality set by Laws, Customer and Huawei, producing Building Permit (a Milestone of Delivery phase) and Usage Permit (end of Delivery Phase) for a new-built network.In charge for material selection (Fiber Optic Cables, xDSL cables, ODN, PE ducts, concrete products such as hand holes etc.) assuring that built material meets set requirements by customer and Huawei equipment. Also, acted as a Site-enginneer on two out of eight municipalities and assist to Procurement, Contract, Finance and other functional Departments of Company providing relevant information.Beside FTTx Projects, also involved into design and delivery phase of some others such as Lamp Site Installation at University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska and Delta planet Banja Luka.

As a company on-site representative, managing subcontractors and acting as their interface to customer (MTEL a.d.) on a successfully closed Pilot Project - FTTx Prijedor resulting around 100km of underground Fiber Cables and/or ducts for 42 installed MSANs, and around of 2000 of end-FTTh-users..In charge of civil work implementation and management in terms of time, cost and quality of civil and other works delivery.

Justifiability consultant for proposed projects sponsored by Republika Srpska or Bosnia and Herzegovina state institutions.Supervision of electrical works on numerous sites sponsored by Government of Republika Srpska including:- Pavilion-type hotel with therapeutic centre in Slatina Institute for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation "Dr Miroslav Zotović" Banja Luka, contractor Lindner AG; Total amount contracted: 7.030.241,29€, Red FIDIC. - Student dormitory in Foča with landscaping for University in East Sarajevo; contractors Bilfinger VAM Anlagentechnik GmbH Austria and "Građenje" d.o.o. Supervision of electrical installation works on various objects, including:- Construction work on rehabilitation of the Regional landfill Ramići, construction of waste disposal sanitary cell and construction of gas collection system for DEP-OT; a donation from IPA fund; Agreement between EC, BiH and the World Bank; 2.845.000€. - Small hydroelectric plant MHE „Zapeće“ on Ugar River; "EHE" doo and "Interenergo" doo, members of Kelag group; 4MW aroung 14.000.000€. - Numerous gas and petrol stations for "Nestro";General and Detail Design for electrical installations of various objects, including following:- 35kV/110kV Transformer station and 110kV power line “Dub” for small hydroelectric plant "MHE Ustiprača”;- Numerous petrol and gas stations, residential buildings and individual houses.

Managing of all activities on domestic and international market, such as:- Communication and coordination with e-meters certification bodies (both international such as IDIS and on national level including Slovakia and United Arab Emirates)- Implementation of BPL (Broadband over Power Line) modems produced by „Corinex“ (Vancouver, Canada) with Mikroelektronika’s smart electricity meters and joint integration of those into existing AMI systems of Slovak electricity distribution companies- Energy efficiency improvement of „Banjalučka pivara“ brewery by smart E-meters installation powered by custom-designed computer software, sponsored by United Nations Industrial and Development Organization (UNIDO) and Ministry of Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology

- R&D Team member for Smart Meters- Project leader for development, certification and production of MEx family of fiscal-electronic cash registers and printers - Management of service department activities for electronic fiscal registers and electricity meters
