SAP activities:- Entering orders and forecasts in accordance with the manufacturing needs in the forthcoming period- Order programming on Tuesdays and variant entering on all the other business days- Adjusting MOQs and safety stocks; rounding values and changing other parameters as per the stakeholders’ requests- Extracting data from SAP into Excel worksheets for further analyses- Monitoring delayed and early deliveries■ Using different computer programs to monitor and analyze the manufacturing need trends, warehouse goods receipts and issues, as well as new item modifications and implementations (Qlik Sense, RTM, Click)■ Point of contact for over 15 suppliers, handling more than 600 items, including Body Shop, Paint Shop and Assembly Shop items■ Communicating with suppliers on a daily basis and participating in online meetings■ Optimizing material stocks at the factory■ Monitoring critical material items to ensure a smooth manufacturing procesInforming the superiors regarding potential risks related to suppliers’ manufacture, late deliveries, system issues and material expiry dates■ Preparing and performing annual inventoriesMonitoring the material expiry dates and collaborating with the laboratory testing the materials to make sure they can be used after the expiry dates for cost saving purposes■ Harmonizing the system information with the actual material stock■ Monitoring the suppliers’ performance and deliveries, as well as evaluating the■ Suppliers’ reliability on the basis of the aforementioned■ Communicating with all the relevant departments concerning all the outgoing■ Materials (Quality Department, Warehouse, Finance Department, Accounting, etc.)➢ Currenly works as material control specialist for Stellantis Poland (FCA Poland Tychy) (May 2022 – May 2023):▪ Support for Jeep Avenger▪ Launching a New Project in FCA Serbia ( current)
