Being a Key Account in an OEM Company, I am responsible for coordinating the complete process from the very beginning of each project, through the BOM engineering, materials’ planning and supply chain, throughout samples’ and mass production, until the outgoing logistics and final delivery.The bicycle industry's high dynamic accompanied with continuous material and design running changes require commitment to excellence and improvement, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, collaborative team play and last but not least - positive mindset. Other aspects of my job include financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement.Part of my spare time goes to the National Association of Volunteers in Bulgaria where I am engaged as a volunteer firefighter and rescuer.
