I manage multiple development projects at once (sometimes even in one day) ranging from landscaping and construction to painting, and anything else that is needed. For two summers, I worked with the team at Indian Hills Country Club to deliver excellent customer service to each of its members. As the main contact for all food orders, I was able to use my multitasking capabilities to keep the kitchen staff organized, deliver high quality meals in a timely manner and quickly solve any issues that arose, all with ensuring a seamless member experience. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities of managing in the intake and delivery of orders, I jumped in to help a busy team where I could, by managing inventory, improving kitchen processes and proactively flagging any issues that could interfere with delivery.
