I have working with capacity/performance reports about IT Infrastructure and managed services for some costumers. I have working with sales operations too.

I worked with capacity management in database servers, administration and performance tuning in Oracle databases at Nextel, building reports about performance/capacity in Oracle 12c environment (running in Exadata) and tuning queries in Oracle database at Nextel.I, also, worked with service management. Building reports about service requests and performance/capacity about Storage/SAN at Porto Seguro.

I worked with capacity management in Oracle database servers, administration and performance tuning in Oracle databases at Leroy Merlin. Monitoring database servers (memory/CPU consumption and processes queue), building capacity planning reports, administering development environments and tuning queries in Oracle database in production environment.

I worked at Asics as a planning assistant, responsible for the entire process of product registration in the ERP Linx, TOTVS and SAP , labeling and rework products. I took care of the allocation of bar codes of products and registration since its origin in the produce department. Controlled purchase orders and deliveries of factories from China, Vietnam and national production.

I worked at Reorder as a IT Technician, with assembly and maintenance products for computing. The main customer of the company was Positivo, providing services directly to Banco do Brasil. I made installation and maintenance of computers and peripherals on throughout the territory of the state of São Paulo.
