→ Every job I've had in the past has involved customer service/support in one way or another. Soft skills come naturally to me as I genuinely care to help others. The top skill I possess (according to the assessment I took in college) was Empathy followed by Restoration. In my experience, I find communication to be critical and I see it lacking in several industries in addition to honesty. → I'm a detailed person and have been praised and/or recognized on several occassions for pointing out flaws as I come across them. I think it's just as important to notice the "little things" as it is the big. → I believe in doing things the "right way" the first time. I tend to identify outdated methods/procedures and present new ideas/solutions to help improve the company. I'm a passionate person and when I believe in something, I give it everything. I believe in improvement and that applies to both life and work. If I love what I do, I'll continue to work or learn more about what I'm doing even if it's my day off.
