Joined the OW Hospitality Division and traveled to Cairo to establish working relationships between the US Group and the Egyptian based Operation including: Design, Product Development, Administration, Yarn Manufacturing, Dyeing, Weaving, and Finishing. Completed a thorough consulting exercise that entailed building the model for Nourison to establish a dedicated Hospitality Division. Accepted the position to join the Company as Managing Director of the Hospitality Division. Had full Managerial Responsibility for this Calhoun, GA based Division, reporting to the World Headquarters in Saddle Brook, NJ. Hired and trained key personnel and established the Hospitality Design Studio, Technical Services Department including Planning/Estimating and Sample production as well as the Administrative/Customer Service Team and Salesforce. Coordinated Finance, Shipping and Receiving through the Corporate Office in NJ and established Manufacturing protocols with four Company Factories in Mainland China. The team went on to establish the Hospitality Division as one of the leading providers of Axminster, Dye Injected Technology and Handtufted Carpets and Rugs to the US Market.

Provided Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, Manufacturing and Operational expertise to Axminster, Wire and Face to Face Wilton, High End Machine Tufted and Handmade Carpet and Rug Manufacturers. Used years of valuable experience to match qualified people, products and processes with client company needs. Assisted manufacturers in establishing a meaningful presence in the US market. Full managerial responsibility for this wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong based Tai Ping Carpets. Integrated Classic Weavers into the Tai Ping Group of companies, then oversaw US expansion of Sampling, Administration/Customer Service, Design, Marketing, Sales and Finance for both residential and commercial sectors. Primary product lines included handmade carpets and rugs, Axminster and Wilton weaves.

President and Partner in one of the original franchisees of Winston Salem, NC based Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Managed building construction and oversaw the operations and sales of two new franchise stores in Bowling Green, KY and Clarksville, TN. Had development agreement for additional stores in Evansville, IN and Lexington, KY before we sold the original two stores back to Krispy Kreme Corporation.

Founded this company which served as the exclusive Southeastern US Sales Agency for Baltimore based Chemspec Industries, a division of RPM Holding Company. Chemspec manufactured a complete line of carpet cleaning products and equipment. ProAct also served as a consulting company for carpet manufacturers and customers on issues of patterned carpet manufacturing, installation and maintenance.

Joined a turnaround team as lead Sales and Marketing Executive of this publicly traded startup manufacturer of state of the art patterned carpet manufacturing technology.

Served as Vice President of Sales and held an equity stake in this Greenville, Mississippi based spool Axminster manufacturer which was formed through a leveraged buyout of Mohawk Carpets Axminster Division.
