Worked as Process Improvement Analyst to address a budgetary shortfall of $190 million. Reorganized City’s organizational structure to consolidate 20+ departments and City services to save the city $66 million. Planned and facilitated 4 Community Budget Forums attended by 400+ City residents to get their input on how to streamline City services in ways that would minimize impact on residents. Managed project to create new Revenue & Collections team within Department of Code Compliance to track $10 million in revenue.
