- Responsible for day-to-day client communication across accounts including Courvoisier Cognac, Pinnacle Vodka, ONEHOPE wine and Hard Rock Cafe International - Daily monitoring and reporting of client and competitor coverage - Secure pre & post event coverage - On-site event management for clients such as the Arby’s Foundation, Pinnacle Vodka and Courvoisier Cognac - Develop and revise press materials and key messaging documents - Develops story ideas and creative pitches for targeted media- Build and maintain relationships with key lifestyle, food and spirits editors - Consistently secure national and local print, online and broadcast media placements through phone and email outreach

- Handle daily monitoring of coverage and compile monitoring reports for several consumer healthcare and lifestyle brands including but not limited to Pinnacle vodka, Courvoisier Cognac, ChapStick, Advil PM, Advil Respiratory,Preparation H, and 901 Tequila- Build media lists and develop press materials including but not limited to pitches and product fact sheets - Conduct ongoing media outreach to secure client coverage - Create and maintain client clip logs - Draft client notes- Participate in and transcribe brainstorms- Compile and distribute mass media mailers - Assist with event logistics coordination and on-site management

- Support consumer and travel accounts such as Samsung Home Appliances, Champion, Club Med and The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau - Monitor daily news coverage and tracked clients’ online and print impressions through Cision for weekly reports- Create and file away press clippings in a timely manner - Assist with events and logistics coordination for clients such as De’Longhi, Samsung’ Home Appliances and SmartThings- Fulfill product requests for future media coverage- Administrative responsibilities such as expenses, coordinating conference rooms, and schedule EVP travel arrangements

- Assist team with day to day tasks on several campaigns for juvenile consumer brands - Utilize Cision and Compete to gather impressions & contact information - Create press clippings -Draft and distribute press releases, pitches and fact sheets - Assist with event set-up

- Assist with developing community outreach and promotion strategies- Promoted, attended and photographed events held by the company - Administrative tasks as needed- Conducted social media research to help improve community outreach
