Steve Diamond advises senior executives and their management teams on how to enhance their competitive advantage, grow their revenues, and improve their results. He is known for his ability to develop strategies, for building support for these strategies within client organizations, and for helping his clients to achieve demonstrable performance improvement. Working extensively in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, Steve brings over 30 years of management consulting experience to clients ranging from Fortune 500 and major international corporations to mid-size service organizations and non profits. Steve began his career with the MAC Group, a world-recognized, Harvard Business School faculty founded consulting firm. As a Vice President and Partner at MAC, Steve earned a reputation for thought leadership in strategy, marketing, and sales management. From MAC, he became CEO and Managing Partner of Leadership Development, Inc., an executive education consulting firm that uniquely links business strategy to leadership. Today he conducts his consulting and teaching practice as a partner at the Barcelona based Globalpraxis Group.As an author, teacher, and speaker, Steve has published in such journals as Harvard Business Review, Journal of Marketing, Marketing Managers Handbook, Selling Power, and Advertising Quarterly. He also has taught in executive programs at Kellogg School of Management, Wharton School, Skolkovo (Moscow School of Management) and at in-company programs for a number of leading corporations. He has served on the Board of Community Action Partners (CAP), the pro bono consulting arm of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, where he was Co-chair from 2010-2012. Through CAP, he has assisted a number of nonprofits with strategic, marketing, and organizational issues. Steve holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA and Doctorate from Harvard Business School, where he was the Mead Johnson Fellow in Marketing.
