My name is Richard Sleegers, philosopher and educator, father of 4. After some parttime jobs in high school education I became a lecturer in philosophy, ethics, religion, law and research methods at the Pedagogy faculty at HAN University of Applied Sciences.On the side I did an do volunteer work in research, education, addiction recovery, refugee aid, as well as pastoral work for my church community.I can ‘connect’ people for a cause, e.g. leading case discussions with a team of social workers, helping to bring research, education and working professionals closer together in project SWAN. I find a lot of creativity in - jointly - developing interactive educational material.I helped the grassroots initiative ‘Futsal Chabbab’ expand, become methodically sound and get municipal and national grants. I helped set up ‘Move2Work’ where I currently work as case coordinator and give family care. Throughout my life I have worked hard, learned fast, thought innovative and lead gently. My analytical and verbal skills are broadly applicable.
