Hello, I'm Geovana Faria, founder of SleekFlow Brazil, and I am a full stack data scientist, Google Cloud Data Engineer and Google Developer Expert (GDE) certified in Machine Learning and Google Cloud Platform. I have experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms with a focus on strategy, customer service, management and strategic insights. I was an academic researcher in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering for 7 years. As an Air Force Lieutenant, I learned negotiation techniques, leadership, teamwork, and strategic focus.I work with Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision in the areas of telecommunications, finance, customer service and contact centers. Experience in C , Python, Wolfram Mathematica, PySpark ML, SQL and NetLogo. I have dual Masters and PhD degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering. I participated in Wolfram Research at Brown University (USA). My PhD thesis generated a patent for a computer program at the PTO (RS 10950-1) in Mathematica (cellular automata modeling). Later, in 2019, another patent was generated at Intellimetri (BR512020002649-4), regarding natural language processing algorithm in Python to analyze voice calls in contact centers.Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform, using Cloud functions (Serverless), Big Query, Dataflow, Dataproc, Speech API, Google Vision, Kubernetes, CloudRun, AI Platform, VPCs), Dialogflow and Docker in Linux environment. Experienced in developing IoT gateways using ARM Raspberry Pi running Ubuntu Core/Raspbian in Python and also C++ on Arduino.I created Pull Request to fix an incompatibility issue between Python 2 and 3 in pycocotools library (COCO Segmentation Model) and to correctly read a Pull Request on huggingface transformers, to fix a missing variable in Anaconda environment.I am a contributor on StackOverflow: Tensorflow, Keras, OpenCV, PyTorch, Deep Learning, AWS, Google Cloud, and Ubuntu. Our team also developed a chatbot for recruitment that was launched in 6 countries of Latin America. I was responsible for OCR, facial recognition, content analysis, speech recognition algorithms and Kubernetes cluster configuration. I also developed ensembled models and Transfer Learning in Tensorflow to forecast revenue for our client (a hotel chain with 130 business units) with 91.5% accuracy in 84 days.Also using Transfer Learning in NLP with Tensorflow to automate fraud detection. At Intellimetri, I am responsible for Google Cloud infrastructure planning and costs estimation.Currently in charge of R&D of NLP solutions and working on Transformers in PyTorch. Our efforts generated a patent regarding a Natural Language Processing algorithm used to process and analyze voice in phone calls, using Python.
