Two elements of our Follow Up Care Program focus simultaneously on enhancing the aftercare of your CPAP patients: FOLLOW UP STUDY PROGRAM We work with your facility to determine when your patients need to be seen for a follow-up study. When they reach that time criteria (12 months, 18 months, or whatever you designate), we flag them in the system and present you with a monthly report of all the patients that need to come in for a follow-up study or re-titration. This ensures those patients are getting the best possible treatment. PATIENT DATABASE PROGRAM Labs and physicians today have neither the manpower nor the time to follow up and remain in touch with the multitude of patients that have passed through their doors over the years. We touch base with your previous patients on your behalf and determine if their DME company is appropriately following up with them. If they are, we do not push our services and inform you of such. If they are not being cared for or have stopped treatment, we get them on our follow-up care program and suggest to the patients that they receive a follow-up study or re-titration at your facility. In the end, these programs guarantee your patients will be serviced and cared for appropriately.
