WHAT: I am the founder of Bright Minds Sleep Psychology, providing corporate sleep education to enhance health and safety, one company at a time. I am also the owner of a private practice, Happy Minds Psychology and the Director of Division of Psychology at PEAKsleep. WHY: Shift workers are not getting the SLEEP EDUCATION that they desparately need and deserve.
