As of November 2022, I have assisted in launching a new site, as well as developing several of the practices being used in problem solve and regular floor operations. I have been operating my shift with little to no support, and have still managed to succeed in safe operations as well as yielding high volumes and quality.

Maintaining my area and ensuring all CPT’s are met, as well as ensuring that all safety guidelines are being followed. I have managed to help improve the numbers in my department overall, with a direct increase to our pick rates and a drastic decrease in our average DPMO. Additionally, I have helped several associates become recognized and helped them to move up into indirect/leadership positions. Ensuring tasks are completed by the appropriate times, and that all numbers are being hit within their margins. I am trained on every position and every machine, so in addition to my normal tasks, I'm also often responsible for assigning work to other associates as well as maintaining a level of safety and overseeing my department when my manager is unavailable and keep accountability of all associates in that location.
