- Provide livestream moderation for several creators on TikTok, Instagram and Twitch. Across various genres including gaming, lifestyle and start-up businesses- Provide community moderation for several Discord communities - Utilise appropriate moderations tools; muting, banning, timing-out and kicking to filter spams, hate speech and enforce community guidelines - Engage with viewers in the chat to build a community, answer questions, resolve conflicts and encourage participation of events- Assist with technical support to streamers and viewers, troubleshooting issues related to chat functionality, stream quality, and visual and audio issues- Closely collaborate with creators to develop and implement moderation and community strategies to retain and increase viewer engagement and chat interaction- Train and support other moderators on community guidelines and moderation tools
