I am an IT Support Analyst with significant experience in customer service, technical problem-solving, and process improvements. My goal is to become a Python developer with a focus on Machine Learning and Neural Networks. Recently, I worked at NTT DATA as an IT Support Analyst. My responsibilities included service desk support, assisting clients with medium and low-complexity issues related to application failures. I utilized tools such as Service Now and Zendesk for ticket management, performed new client registration analysis, and resolved issues related to credit limits and rewards programs. For these activities, I used tools such as Postman, the company's internal ERP, Swagger, and user management systems.Before NTT DATA, I worked at Algar CX in various roles, including Junior Support Analyst and Junior Infrastructure Assistant. As a Junior Support Analyst, I was responsible for the maintenance and preparation of machines used by associates, internal application support, Active Directory and Policy Server management, ensuring the correct functioning of these applications. I also monitored users through Windows Server and proposed improvements in service processes and incident resolution.As a Junior Infrastructure Assistant, I worked in the logistics infrastructure sector, handling the transportation of equipment, assembly and disassembly of machines at service positions, activation of new operations, and maintenance of furniture. Additionally, I managed the entry and exit control of machines in home office settings, working together with the logistics center to ensure the fulfillment of all demands.My skills include strong customer service abilities, technical problem-solving, systems analysis, and process improvement propositions. I have experience with various tools and systems, including Service Now, Zendesk, Postman, Swagger, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Policy Server.
