I am an IT Support Analyst with significant experience in customer service, technical problem-solving, and process improvements. My goal is to become a Python developer with a focus on Machine Learning and Neural Networks. Recently, I worked at NTT DATA as an IT Support Analyst. My responsibilities included service desk support, assisting clients with medium and low-complexity issues related to application failures.
