Launched from scratch sport events tickets service in 3,5 months; - Designed and launched a major project – co-branded mobile app with large oil company; - Partners contracting (ticket agents, sports clubs, aggregators): business, legal terms, SLA. Launched a tickets aggregator that combines different ticket services into one convenient UI; - Improved partners interaction process and reduced the volume of substandard content by 2.7 times; - Crisis management experience. Head of mobile payment apps “Traffic fines”, “Pay debts”, “InPocket” - Led project team (30 members); - Provided the development process of multiple products; - Organised education process for customer service that reduced costs; - Coordinated release management and marketing efforts. “Traffic fines” app reached 10m instals and was among the leading in financial apps category in Russia (AppStore, Google Play, Microsoft Store); - Made a product spinoff with “Pay debts” and increased MAU by 60%, reached 3,6m installs; - Turned apps into lead generator for bank services (co-branded cards, car insurance)

Tinkoff Mobile Wallet – e-payment service. MoneyTalk – money transfers via Telegram chatbot. - Coordinated development process across several teams (iOS, Android, design); - As a quick response to regulatory requirements impacted the first launch of remote KYC option in the Russian e-payment market; - Designed a product metrics collecting process and implemented it into regular report for stakeholders
