I’m Stephanie, and my mission is to create high-quality luxury leather goods that not only stand the test of time but also drive social impact—one bag at a time.I’m the Founder and CEO of Pamoja, a luxury leather goods brand designed for the modern trailblazer. My journey began with a fascination for the fashion industry and the realization that someone could build a career around buying clothes. That passion evolved into a decade-long career working with iconic brands like Macy’s, Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman, where I honed my skills in merchandising, supply chain operations, digital product management, and much more.I went on to pursue my MBA at UCLA's Anderson School of Management and the vision for Pamoja came to life. After gaining additional experience in the retail industry, I turned that vision into reality, launching Pamoja four years after graduating. Building the brand has been a rewarding journey, from designing my first collection to sourcing premium materials and managing complex vendor relationships. Pamoja donates a portion of proceeds to the Kujuwa Initiative, an organization in Kenya focused on empowering girls through education on reproductive health, leadership, and economic empowerment by addressing period poverty and providing essential menstrual products.
