Create operational plan and direct resources in collaboration with stakeholders in product lines and business units so as to advance the strategic direction, execution and delivery of digital portfolio. Assets included print and electronic publications of The FDC Reports, Windhover Information and Medtech Insight, Strategic Intelligence System, Inteleos and Partnering Conference business. Accountable for all aspects of the company's information technology portfolio; print and on-line.

Integrate and support existing Windhover and FDC products following acquisition by Reed Elsevier. Migrate IT services and infrastructure to Elsevier shared services. Create common repository for all Elsevier Business Intelligence content. Generate standard (NewsML) and proprietary data feeds to customers. Add FDC publications to existing customer platform for unified search, retrieval and links between all content. Exposed FDC content to search engines. Migrate accounting systems to Elsevier system and retire legacy system

Provide technical expertise to all product lines and business units as necessary. Manage core IT services (desktop, LAN, email) for two offices and remote workers; supervision of IT employees; budget preparation and management; recommendations for technical acquisitions; and development of guidelines, standards and procedures. Ensure electronic production processes run as scheduled. Manage resources for multiple projects with conflicting timelines and priorities.
