After completing the Management Graduate program with Enterprise within 10 months, I was promoted to the management team within one year. I then spent one year as manager at the Drogheda location with the responsibility of achieving growth, operational profit, employee development and a high level of customer service.After achieving success in the Drogheda location, I was promoted to the Dublin City centre office where I managed for 6 years gaining skills in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development, Employee Development and all aspects of HR.

I joined Keelings distribution, who operate the logistics for Tesco Ireland, whilst in college, for weekend work as a customer service clerk and ended up doing my work experience in 3rd year of college with them too. The work experience involved working closely with the operations manager, the transport manager and the supply chain manager, this gave me a great understanding of how a large multi national organisation operates 24/7.
