As the CEO and founder of Koodaideri Innovation and Technology (KIT), I have a clear and compelling mission: to save lives and prevent injuries in live maintenance in the mining industry. With over 20 years of experience in maintenance, I have the knowledge and skills to develop and deliver innovative solutions that address the challenges and risks faced by maintenance technicians every day.My proudest achievement is HydraTune, a patented and world-first wireless hydraulic tuning system that removes technicians from the “line of fire” and allows them to remotely tune systems through an app on a tablet. This technology not only enhances safety, but also improves efficiency, reduces downtime, and increases output. HydraTune is the blueprint for further expansion into other sectors, such as agriculture, oil and gas, and shipping, where safety is paramount.I am also passionate about supporting the Indigenous community, especially in the Pilbara region, where my family are from.
