I was proud to be part of Cphbusiness Students, the largest student organisation of vocational academies in Denmark with more than 7,000 members. It was my responsibility to manage and overview the entire organisation, making sure we offered the students of Copenhagen Business Academy, high quality services of both social and study-relevant activities and courses. We worked on developing student jobs and internships for our international students of which the total is about 40% of all Cphbusiness students. We could not do this without our partners HK Privat, Microsoft, Nordea, Zerved and Studenter Bolaget amongst others.

Identifying needs of, meeting with and advising of potential and existing customers.ARCHITECTMADE is a design-company based in Copenhagen that is expanding its products far beyond the borders of Denmark to Japan, US, Canada, Brazil and China amongst others. ARCHITECTMADE presents an exclusive collection of products designed by some of the most acknowledged Danish architects like Finn Juhl, Jørn Utzon, Hans Bølling and Poul Kjærholm.

Trouble shooting during all touchpoints of the customer journey.

During my academic studies at Copenhagen Business Academy, I gained some valuable experiences when I went for a 3 month internship at IDA Conference Centre in 2013. I succeeded in my main quest to become acquainted with the depths of the work processes and relations of the different departments within the company. I spend days in the different departments interviewing and helping staff with administrative and creative tasks. Wrote a paper on Customer Experience Management and amongst others conducted interviews of both employees and guests.
