So, with our clients we strive to add value to the testing quality processes and this is my main mission, Including : - Planning, prioritization of all the test-related tasks (use proven project management tools such as the V-Cycle or Scrum methodology) - Writing the test strategies - Reviewing the test plans - Taking the responsibility of certain designs if people have not the required competencies - Code reviewing - Spreading expertise and good usage of tools such as bug-tracking database or versioning systems - Writing performance review.

Position : Team Leader at ADP ES STREAMLINE, The Streamline Project is dedicated to multinational companies employing people in many countries; the solution is a platform that encloses all the human resources deriving services to ensure pay slips.The team i led, composed by 14 Associates, is responsible of connectors development that will perform information rooting from clients boundaries until data dissemination to CRM /payroll platforms of the concerned countries/partners.Main Tasks: - Ensure development, functional testing and maintenance of these connectors.- Coordination between Streamline teams in Tunis and Barcelona (Spain),I also managed a sub-team that ensure development of micro-applications to ensure:- Production Tasks Automation,- Improve deliverables’ quality,- Ensure Barcelona team’s needs in micro applications’ development.- Manage Connectors’ Data Base.
