As a board member for this non-profit, I helped the organization evaluate and implement supply chain and logistics projects to maximize the organization's resources. I helped RAFT secure the use of idle warehouse space from Cisco Systems. I introduced RAFT to the concept of sourcing materials from China. My job was to ensure Apple's suppliers had adequate production capacity to support ever-growing volumes with enough flexibility for new product ramps that typically required 300-400% additional capacity. I also managed production crisis to restore quality or volume with minimal down-time.

My key accomplishments at Occam was to analyze and improve the company's RMA process and to successfully transfer the production from the USA to China for cost savings.
