• Developing detailed project plans, budgeting, and monitoring project deliverables. Managing project scope, change requests, and project risk escalation where necessary. Record, monitor project progress and performance and produce artifacts and project status reports / dashboards. • Regularly measure and monitor progress to identify variances from project plans in order to identify when corrective actions are necessary to ensure project business and financial objectives. • Coordinating with sales and pre-sales to formalize the requirements, initial plans, acceptance criteria and success criteria, billing terms into the work statements. • Resource assignment, time allocation and capacity management though the SRP (service resource planning) tool. • Working in diversified customer environments with differences in cultures, languages, processes and expectations. Managing multiple parallel implementations at different life cycle stages.• Tracking and forecasting revenue trending in a regular basis, maintaining the information flow to the company financial reporting systems.• Documenting lessons learned and gaps for future project enhancements and refinement of work statements. Owning Acceptance Test Process improvements based on lessons learned and success stories. Producing Mitigation Plans and Roadmaps to manage within Project scope and minimize impacts to milestones and revenue.• Manage and deliver pioneer project implementations on a multi environment-based solution. Manage diverse project types including first office Implementations, Upgrades, Hardware Migrations, Managed Services, Trainings, Proofs of Concepts, etc. • Participated to the migration of active projects into new Productivity and Management tools, following new processes and methodologies for revenue recognition and forecasting.• Contributing to the creation and documentation of the Professional Services related processes.
