My professional journey began at Tata Motors, now under Motus, where I served as a Call Centre Agent from July 2014 to August 2018. During this time, I honed critical skills in customer engagement, pre-qualification, and lead allocation. I became proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer inquiries, ensuring seamless follow-ups with dealerships and customers alike.In my subsequent role as a Customer Care Emerging Brands representative at Motus from August 2018 to July 2020, I developed a keen understanding of customer satisfaction and conflict resolution. I efficiently handled and closed customer complaints, leveraging systems like Multicat to deliver timely and effective solutions.Currently, I serve as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Mitsubishi Motors, where I have taken on leadership responsibilities since August 2020. I manage the Mitsubishi Fleet, oversee digital leads through CMS, and play a pivotal role in lead generation, pre-qualification, and closure. Collaborating with sales and finance teams, I drive results and compile comprehensive reports to track progress and refine strategies.Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from STADIO Higher Education, equipping me with valuable insights into business communication, management, marketing, and project management.
