Radical accountability is my passion. After receiving my BFA from University of Cincinnati(UC) in 2018 I did a 6 month solo residency in Berlin. I came home one month before the Covid-19 lockdown and launched my own creative brand of 1:1 wearable artworks (SLiNK) that repurposed discarded items of all kinds. Four years later I received the Yates Fellowship that fully funded my MFA (2022-2024). I am the first fine artist to receive this award in 2 decades. Before and while in school, I worked with many people groups across the world in collaborative art events and happenings. I volunteered with residential treatment facilities, directed a series of 10 city wide Art and Vintage markets, founded a UC sanctioned club that unites unaffiliated bodies and canonized artists (plus so much more). I directed the collaboration between the ISS-EUR of Rotterdam, the CAC and over 35 local artists (rest, here, now). As I continue to create safe spaces for the underground art scene, I host biweekly creative flows in my own home. I am proud to say this has been consistent for over 3 years!
