Generates leads and prospects new business as well as creates new service opportunities with the existing customer base. Involved with on-site appointments with Business Account Executives meeting with C-Level Executives to gain new business.Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, services and industry trends. This involves device setup, device training for employees and training IT Managers & Administrators online device management.

Exceed quota/revenue target for net activations, customer renewals, accessories, handsets, and enhanced services. Maintain and grow existing customer base and change churn. Contact existing customers for contract renewals, and various data, accessory, and handset upsell opportunites.

Conducted Tier 1 trouble shooting when customer require device assistance. This position provides customer service transactions including plan & device recommendations, equipment troubleshooting, billing, and escalations. Generate revenue from accessory sales, data products and strategic upgrades. Discover additional areas of opporunity when evaluating consumer and business accounts.
