I am operationally responsible for the largest fund supporting regional and local journalists during the war. We organise money for journalists and their families, equipment and other assistance.

I was responsible for the whole digital area including ebit, dozen products, few functional teams and an extensive sales toolkit for four FM brands (32 local stations) radio. When I came in TOK FM had 7,000 subscribers, when I left it had 30,000. Digital revenue was an important part of the business of this radio. The high-performance subscription system for non-music audio and non-book content is unique in the market.During my tenure and with my full or partial participation, there was a digitalisation of the radio and sales team, an expansion of the IT team and a range of digital products. In the case of TOK FM, my responsibility was as much about product, content, strategy marketing, technology as it was about advertising revenues. I was also responsible for partnerships in sales, product and marketing.

I led development projects at one of the leading website groups. I created new products and implemented business projects. I helped services such as plotek.pl in a period of stagnation to return to a path of growth.

In late 2015 the Greencontent (part of Agora Group) was granted a tv channel consession by Polish National Broadcasting Council. Year later new lifestyle channel Metro TV was successfully launched in MUX8 in Poland with the biggest daily reach. Week after Agora SA sold 49% of the shares in Green Content to Discovery Communications, world’s #1 pay-TV programmer reaching nearly 3 billion cumulative subscribers in 220 countries and territories. The transaction shall positively affect the Agora Group and the Company's financial results for 4Q2016.

With partners from Money.pl (Holzbrinck Ventures) We have created the largest business advertising network on the Polish Internet in terms of inventory. A few years later, the advertising networks stopped paying off :(
