I am a fully licensed psychometric tester, fully accredited in Insights, MBTI (step I & II), FIRO-B, Belbin, Hogan, Spotlight, Strengths Profile and SHL level A and level B.At WBS I manage the career development for the MBAs where I coordinate and deliver a range of both face to face and online careers management and skills workshops for MBA students and Alumni. I have experience of coaching individuals from a wide range of sectors, nationalities and levels of seniority within a business. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and was elected to the Board of the MBA Careers Services & Employer Alliance in 2020.
