Facilitate L&D programmes with a particular focus on career transitions and using psychometrics for team building- typically MBTI, Insights, Spotlight and VIA Strengths.

Responsible for recruitment, management and training of 75 graduates at any one time, during their two year rotational programmes and during their first two substantive posts within the organisation. Established mentoring programme to ensure continuity of accreditation by the engineering institutes.

Recruited over 100 high calibre graduates from around the world to join the IMI Global Graduate programme. Personally delivered 8 Business Leadership programmes to middle management from across the globe.

Facilitated CEng status for approx. 30 engineering graduates a year and organised six month work placements for the two year duration of the graduate scheme. Ensured IMI received & maintained IMechE & IET accreditation throughout this period.
