PublicCo was established to provide essential consultancy support to organisations delivering public sector contracts.

Key achievements and experience includes:• Leading the set up an new company being established by the Department for Education• Developing the strategy and operating model for an innovative training agency to help support the delivery of a £16bn infrastructure project to time and budget• Leading reviews of international employment and skills programmes and supporting organisations to undertake strategic reviews of international opportunities• Leading a review of national insurance and social security arrangements in a UK crown dependency to address significant projected expenditure shortfalls in a £650 million fund• Working with the Ministry of Labor to develop a strategy to create greater employment opportunities for disabled individuals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The UK Commission for Employment and Skills is a social partnership made up of large and small employers, trade unions and representatives of the public and voluntary sector. We have recently and successfully come through the Cabinet Office's Review of Public Bodies.Our remit is to secure a much greater commitment from employers to invest in skills to drive enterprise, jobs and growth.

Led joint reviews for the Prime Minister with senior officials on Governments high profile and politically complex policies. I built a substantial understanding of the economic and business challenges to be addressed in implementing government policies by analysing the barriers to delivery and from consulting with a broad range of stakeholders in the private and public sector.
