- Led enterprise-wide project to develop and maintain registration platform for 25th Anniversary Summit with over 17,000 participants- Led the technical overhaul of annual alumni survey including a new Salesforce.com integration; survey completed by ~60% of the 50,000 constituents it was sent to- Managed a team of four business analysts focused on establishing more impactful partnership with various partner teams and developing a robust and effective support structure for their Salesforce and Marketing Cloud end-users- Collaborated with my team, business partners and technical teams to implement important functional changes and enhancements to Salesforce platform- Led enterprise-wide initiative to implement marketing automation and mass email software for over 250 end-users in collaboration with partners from Marketing Team- Provided critical organizational and strategic leadership on redesign of TFANet.org – the organization’s internal, password-protected website for corps members, alumni and staff

- Partnered with the Alumni Team in all information technology-related projects, tasks and goal setting exercises- Key stakeholder in the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Salesforce CRM platform as a business analyst on the core project team- Developed documentation for business requirements and other artifacts (e.g. process and system maps, use cases, etc.) for all technology projects

- Launched new organization-wide Board Leadership Initiative to help alumni enter board leadership roles through strategic partnerships and resource development. Exceeded goal in first year with 216 new alumni board leaders- Built infrastructure to track current board leadership among alumni and to ensure that they are supported in their roles, connected to one another and engaged in the initiative’s work- Developed robust partnerships with firms like Deloitte, McKinsey, and The Monitor Group leading to over 100 job offers
