Sander (1988-08-19) has a strong drive to enable data-driven decision making within corporate environments. Educated both as a mathematician and a teacher, and having worked as an Advanced Analytics consultant at KMPG, he possesses the killer combination of a strong analytical mind, great communication skills and the business knowledge to bring it into practise.After acting as a Senior Developer and Product Owner of the Business Intelligence team within the CFRO domain of Van Lanschot Kempen, Sander moved to Vanderlande. Here, he got the chance to build Data & Analytics from the ground up. Including the Strategy, Operating Model, Solution Architecture and Way of Working. Sander initially acted as the Delivery and Development manager and is now the Director of Data & Analytics within Vanderlande. Heading a department of roughly 55 architects, developers and specialist spread over offices in Atlanta, Pune and Veghel.Outside of the office, Sander is a proud dad of two healthy sons and one adorable daughter. If his kids allow it, he enjoys playing card games and traveling with his friends.
