Services proposés à une jeune entreprise dans le secteur de la réparation de smartphones - tablettes - pc et mac. A mon arrivée en février 2015, cette société ne comptait qu'un seul magasin à Wavre. Aujourd'hui, la société wallone est présente sur 3 localisations (février 2015) à savoir : Wavre, Etterbeek, Louvain-La-Neuve.Mes rôles au sein de l'entreprise :Partie RH :- Créer des offres d'emploi- Screening de CV/Lettres de motivation- Interviewer les candidats et faire le reporting au gérant- Engager le processus de recrutement via le guichet d'entreprises- Gérer les relations entre employés.Partie Administrative :- Traduire le langage comptable en langage opérationnel- Contact avec les divers organismes (banque, commune, guichet d'entreprises, assurances, etc)- Introduire une méthode de travail informatisée (à mon arrivée, l'entreprise travaillait sur papier, aujourd'hui, elle a développé un outil informatique mutualisant les données des clients, un CRM light)- Soumission de projets d'investissement et de re-conceptualisation de l'objet social de la sociétéPartie Technique :- Accueil du client- Diagnostic des pannes- Réparation du matériel- Gestion des litiges- Formation du personnel arrivant

I got back to the University of Namur (Bachelor in Economics and Management Sciences) in September 2011 and as I can't sit still and unoccupied for a long time, I also was hired, in January 2012, at Dynaclic, a Belgian B2B-oriented startup in the IT-field (training, consulting and apps development), as Business Development Consultant.My tasks :- Market studies (surveys, targeting,... )- Develop a dynamic marketing strategy- Writing-Editing business plans (for inhouse and personal projects)- Brand management (offline projects)- Lead generation, prospecting and closing deals- Ensuring cash-in / optimizing cash-out- Hiring internships & students in order to educate them to the "startup philosophy" (work harder and harder 'till you get it done !)- etc...The startup scene is always moving, new competitors and clients, each one having unique demands and specificities. This is what I'm fond of because there's always something to learn or to do, you can't get bored even if there's a lot of pressure and stress, but I have a lot of fun with that team.

At that time, I was a school-dropout, I needed "that" thing that would help me to focus on doing something useful. An associate and I decided to use that time and energy to create "that" something.We used to play videogames a lot and we loved it. That common interest made us launch ServArea. It was an online game servers provider and it used to be my main activity (while studying my 1st year of Bachelor at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management en 2008 -which I failed, no complex felt, I learned a lot from that-). I knew the basics (how to approach a lead) so I had to learn a lot by myself through reading books, reading online articles (such as businessinsider, techcrunch,...). I was super happy because I could live-test what I read a few days ago ! My main tasks :- Prospecting as many leads as possible- Marketing strategy (cost leadership)- Brand management- etcAfter nearly 3 years in the gaming industry, well, we didn't make millions of it but we had 3k+ users, which was good enough for us. Finally, we closed ServArea in 2010, we wanted to try something else and I wanted to make up for my failure in 2008, so I got back on the benches of University !
