With nearly 20 years in international education, she is the Head of Academic Partnerships for Global Learning at EdTech Ventures, a worldwide learning organization that empowers student-learners to reskill and upskill their career. In this capacity, she spearheads the Global Learning Studio, an initiative that enhances undergraduate students' technical skills while bridging the career gap within the framework of global learning. Committed to empowering students and educators alike, her team delivers high-quality content and resources fostering skill development, cultural awareness, and professional growth. Previously, she managed strategic initiatives for all education abroad activities, including study, research, internships, and independent study abroad for undergraduate and graduate students as the Director of Study Abroad & International Exchange at the University of Arkansas. Leveraging the Study Abroad Champions initiative, she fostered campus-wide collaboration with faculty, academic units, academic leaders, and administrative offices to build and sustain programming, mitigate risk, and deliver best practices in education abroad. She served on several advisory boards throughout the field of education abroad. Through these efforts and more, she contributes to a future where every student has the opportunity to thrive in their academic and professional pursuits on a global scale.
