Assist lead designer in collaboration with architects and contractors to create customfunctional spaces to represent the client’s specific needs. Create construction documents including demolition plans, new floor plans, reflectedceiling plans, electrical plans, and elevations in AutoCAD. Develop design concepts for exterior and interiors of residential renovations. Assist with the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to be presented to clients. Render elevations to represent material selections. Maintained accurate specifications per the design and placement of material selectionsfor each client. Coordinate vendors, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure the success of the project’soverall timeline. Create detailed estimates based on client needs and budget requirements. Produce purchase orders, place orders, log, and track orders. Receive and inspect merchandise and coordinate furniture installations. Assist with completed project photoshoots.
