I trained and managed a staff of 5 on a daily basis and successfully promoted two recruiters to management and leadership positions within our organization.

I cut my teeth in Chicago learning the trade of recruiting and business management before moving on to Southern California. This was a true, old school sales bullpen full of energetic young women and men making hundreds of cold calls a day. Persistence, positivity, and resilience in the face of repeated rejection were critical skills I developed during the first two years of my career here.
